Change Healthcare notice

On April 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release, providing an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. Given the size of the data impacted, the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is expected to take several months. UnitedHealth Group believes this situation will impact "a substantial proportion of people in America" and is offering immediate credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions.

Important Update - Administration of Behavioral Health Services

Starting January 1, 2024, administration of behavioral health services will transition from MHN to Health Net. Learn more about this transition, including contact information for claims submission, prior authorizations, referrals and more.

WELLCARE BY HEALTH NET

Wellcare is for people who are eligible for Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B or Medicare and Medicaid. Health Net Advantage plans are designed to give you affordable healthcare coverage, coverage for prescription drugs and extra benefits that aren’t covered by Medicare Part A or Part B (Original Medicare).

People age 65 and older, under 65 with certain disabilities, and any age with End-State Renal Disease – ESRD (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant) may be eligible for coverage through Medicare Advantage.
