Linguava Language Services

In order to provide meaningful language access and further improve health outcomes to all our limited English proficient members, Health Net has partnered with Linguava Interpreters. Linguava specializes in medical interpretation/translation services for hospitals and large health insurance organizations. Some providers are already accessing language services through Linguava, which our members appreciate. 

In response to the need during the COVID-19 situation, Linguava is now offering telehealth interpretation services.

Schedule an interpreter to join your telehealth session:

1. Dial 503-265-8515
   1. Press 1, then Press 1
   2. Provide your name and phone number
   3. Provide your department name & ID
2. Provide your patient's info
   1. Patient's full name
   2. Patient's DOB
   3. Insurance company
   4. Requested language for interpretation
   5. Any additional relevant info like gender preference or appointment detail
3. You will receive meeting details
   1. Appointment time and duration
   2. Video conference link and ID
4. Join your remote meeting
   1. The scheduled video interpreter will meet you there

These appointments will be billed as an onsite appointment (and will be held remotely.)

***Please schedule for 10 minutes earlier than appointment start time.Onsite Interpretation: Call Linguava at 503-265-8515 to request an interpreter, or schedule via the web portal if you already have an account. A trained Linguava interpreter will arrive on time at your requested location and help facilitate communication between the provider and the patient.
