Due to the closure of many fitness centers, American Specialty Health (ASH) is waiving the $25 enrollment fee for all new members who sign up for an Active&Fit Direct^TM membership. 

Active&Fit Direct^TM gives you access to over 1,500 on-demand fitness videos to help you stay active at home. You can also receive unlimited one-on-one lifestyle coaching in areas such as fitness, nutrition, stress, and sleep.

This promotion is valid until December 31, 2020 and is available to all new members (IFP, Small Group and Large Group).
