Health Net has partnered with Sharecare to offer a new wellness program. The program includes lifestyle coaching, health trackers, the RealAge Test health assessment and more. In addition, when you complete the RealAge test and review your results with your physician, you will earn a $50 Visa gift card.

About the Challenge - What's your RealAge?
The RealAge Test is a scientifically based health assessment that looks at your healthy behaviors and calculates your body's RealAge compared to your calendar age. You may be younger than you think! 

To take your RealAge Test:

1. Go to healthnetoregon.sharecare.com to create your Sharecare account.
2. Click Get Started to take the RealAge Test. You can also find the link within Sharecare on the You page.
3. Answer all the questions and click Finish.
4. You are on your way earning a $50 reward!
